Affordable Housing

Central Ohio is one of the fastest-growing areas in the United States, and the housing market is not meeting the needs of our neighbors and community. By supporting affordable, workforce, and mixed-income housing throughout our district, we can invest in more diverse pathways to homeownership and ensure renters are not being priced out of their homes. This can become a reality through public-private partnerships and strategic development with support at the Statehouse.

Most importantly, we need to make sure the community is brought into these conversations. We need elected officials in the Statehouse that live in our reality, listen to their constituents, and advocate to help them keep a roof over their head.
